a seemingly migratory bean
so i guess this is my first blog post on bearblog™
i'm coming here because cohost is unfortunately shutting down :c
cohost has been an oasis for me (and for others) amidst the hell
that is the bird site, the book of faces and various other
fundamentally unethical websites. It was a place with a wonderful,
largely queer community. like honestly it was like primarily queer
people on there, moreso than tumblr could ever hope to be, and that
was fucking beautiful. i felt safe. idk how much i can
emphasize that. a social media platform where, heckin...
i was never once called a slur the staff over at cohost truly
poured their souls into it, and even tho it wasn't something that
lasted forever, cohost mattered. love you, eggbug, im glad
that i have a lil plushy of u on my shelf
(eggbug is the mascot of cohost and they will live forever :3)
